License & Usage Conditions
1. Service Scope
SpiderWares provides Shopify development, customization, and consulting services. All work delivered by SpiderWares is intended for use within the client’s Shopify store as part of the agreed project scope.
The services may include but are not limited to:
- Shopify theme customization
- Shopify app integration
- Custom Shopify development
- Performance optimization
- Store setup and configuration
- Shopify troubleshooting and support
2. Ownership of Work
Upon full payment of the agreed service fee:
- The client receives usage rights for the work delivered for their Shopify store.
- SpiderWares retains the right to reuse general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary code structures developed during the project.
Custom code written specifically for the client’s project may only be used within the client’s store unless otherwise agreed.
3. Third-Party Components
Some solutions may include third-party tools or services such as:
- Shopify apps
- Shopify themes
- APIs
- Plugins
- External libraries
These third-party components are governed by their own license agreements and SpiderWares is not responsible for changes made by those providers.
Clients are responsible for maintaining valid licenses or subscriptions for any third-party services used.
4. Restrictions
Clients may not:
- Resell or redistribute custom code delivered by SpiderWares as standalone products.
- Claim SpiderWares’ work as a resellable development framework or template.
- Use SpiderWares’ work in a way that violates Shopify’s terms of service or applicable laws.
5. Support and Maintenance
Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement:
- Support is limited to the project scope and agreed timeframe.
- Additional work, updates, or new feature development may require a new service agreement.
6. Liability Disclaimer
SpiderWares provides services “as is” and does not guarantee that:
- Shopify platform updates will not affect implemented customizations.
- Third-party apps or integrations will always remain compatible.
SpiderWares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of services or modifications provided.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using services provided by SpiderWares, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these License and Usage Conditions.
